Available Treatments:Swedish Massage — This kind of massage provides a thorough and nurturing experience of relaxation for muscles and nerves. It utilizes classic European techniques to enhance circulation, improve skin and muscle tone, and cleanse toxins from the body. It’s what people usually mean when they speak of "massage." Deep Tissue Therapy — A form of bodywork using slow deep strokes to bring lasting release of constricted muscles. It is deeply relaxing and need never be painful. It’s perfect for those who really want to feel their massage. Sports Massage — This modality combines elements of Deep Tissue with other specific sports-oriented strokes. It targets specific groups of muscles. Perfect for walkers, runners, cyclists, tennis players, and — of course — yoga practitioners. Medical Massage — Excellent for post-injury or post-surgery. Includes specific techniques to relieve pain, help you regain movement and aid in healing. Reflexology — This modality focuses on the feet and hands, working all the points which "reflex" to various organs and structures of the body. It is highly therapeutic and also suitable if you prefer to remain fully clothed for your treatment. Esalen Style Massage — This is an integrative style using long flowing strokes. Great for relaxing, centering and grounding. It was developed at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Pre-Natal Massage — Utilizes techniques from other massage styles, keeping in mind the needs of the expectant mother and unborn child. It especially focuses on areas commonly impacted by pregnancy such as low back pain and edema. Provides a safe, comfortable and relaxing experience for both of you.
